રેપના આરોપી પર ભીડનો નિર્ણય

India, Crime news, Gujarati નાગાલેન્ડ ના લૉંગલેન વિસ્તારમાં 27 જૂને સાતમા ધોરણમાં ભણતી બાળકી સાથે રેપની ઘટના ઘટી. બાળકી સાથે 29 વર્ષના એક આરોપી લોન્ગયા ફોમૅ રેપ કર્યો. આરોપી ઘ્વારા પોતાનો આરોપ પણ કબૂલ કરી લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ ઘટનાના બે દિવસ પછી લોકોએ આરોપીને પકડી લીધો. ત્યારપછી લોકોએ સ્થાનીય મહિલા સંગઠન કાર્યકર્તાઓ સાથે મળીને આરોપીને સજા આપી.

બધાની વચ્ચે પીટાઈ અને નગ્ન કરીને ફેરવ્યો

India, Crime news, Gujarati મહિલા સંગઠન કાર્યકર્તાઓ અને સ્થાનીય લોકોએ આરોપી યુવકની જોરદાર પીટાઈ કરી. તેને ગામની વચ્ચે નગ્ન કરીને બાંધી દીધો અને આવતા જતા લોકો તેની પીટાઈ કરતા રહ્યા. એટલું જ નહીં પરંતુ આરોપીને નગ્ન કરીને આખા ગામમાં ફેરવ્યો. તેને ગળા પર એક બોર્ડ પણ લટકાવવામાં આવ્યું જેના પર લખ્યું હતું કે, મેં એક નાબાલિક સાથે બળાત્કાર કર્યો છે. ત્યારપછી તેના હાથ અને પગ થાંભલા સાથે બાંધીને તેની પીટાઈ કરવામાં આવી.

પોલીસે ધરપકડ કરીને કેસ નોંધ્યો

આરોપી ઘ્વારા ભીડ સામે પોતાનું ગુનો પણ કબૂલ કરી લેવામાં આવ્યો. ત્યારપછી લોકોએ તેને પોલીસને સોંપી દીધો આરોપીને પાઠ ભણાવવા અને બાકી લોકોના મનમાં ભય પેદા કરવા માટે આવું પગલું ભરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
